Synopsis:
While at a nightclub in New York Rod Gaynor stops Walter Roland from murdering Frank Sparks. Roland explains that the other man is blackmailing him and ruining his business as a radio station owner. Marisa hears about the blackmail scheme and confronts Sparks, who denies involvement.

Suspecting that Sparks will strike at Marisa, the Whip keeps an eye on her. Sparks gets to her first and kidnaps Marisa. The Whip follows them to a radio transmitter which Sparks is using to disrupt the broadcast from Roland's station. The Whip rescues Marisa and puts an end to the blackmail plot.
