Synopsis:
A man clad in a green costume and yellow cape rescues the district attorney Cole who is being threatened by members of the Scalotti Gang. The rescuer calls himself Air Wave and has equipment which allows him to project his voice, hear conversations miles away, and skate across phone lines. When the rescue is complete, Air Wave departs and resumes his role as Larry Jordan, a clerk working for the district attorney. Later Air Wave tracks down the Scalotti Gang, apprehends them, and obtains evidence against the crime boss. He even scares one of gang into testifying.
