Synopsis:
The Boy Commandos spot a man on the streets of London whom they believe is a spy. They follow the man, who acts suspiciously, but the only evidence they find is a map which blows away in the wind. When the man breaks into a munitions factory, the boys alert the guards. They drag him away, but the boys still follow.

The guards take the man to a riverside hut. The boys begin to suspect that the guards are working with the man, until he comes running out of the hut. The men inside shoot at him. The boys join him in defeating the guards, who are the real spies. Brooklyn then recognizes the man as former baseball player Mad Mike Mulani.
