Synopsis:
Superman is lured into a rubber room by the meek Adelbert Dribble. While the Man of Steel attempts to escape, Dribble impersonates him wearing a suit inflated with helium that allows him to fly. Dribble hopes to impress Bertha Bigge, his girlfriend by making her believe he is really Superman. However, when crooks see them together, they kidnap Bertha, believing that she is Superman's girlfriend.
Before long, Superman frees himself from Dribble rubber room. He finds the imposter and helps to rescue Bertha. Dribble promises to tell her that he isn't really Superman, but she convinces him to provide relief for a recent drought first. Dribble's action nearly cause a flood, causing the real Man of Steel to step in and save the day. Dribble then admits to Bertha that he is not Superman. She is actually pleased with Dribble and forgives his deceit.
