Synopsis:
Racketeer Biff Condor wants to lease a building in Bohemia, the artist section of Metropolis, to open a nightclub. However, the building is being leased to a quaint restaurant owned by Sergei. Condor tries to force out Sergei and force him to sign the lease over to him. However, Superman has befriended Sergei and helps stop Condor's illegal attempts to ruin the restaurant. When Condor is eventually defeated, Sergei concocts a Superman stew for his menu to show his gratitude.
