Synopsis:
Wilbur Wolfingham unveils a new plan to rob the lovelorn. He sets himself up as a consultant for troubled lovers. Superman helps the swindled people and solves their troubles, while Lois tries to expose Wolfingham's racket. Lois disguises herself as a widow and tricks Wolfingham into trying to rob her. When the flim flam man catches on he tries to get even with Lois. Superman protects her, then returns the stolen money to Wolfingham's victims.
