Synopsis:
Wonder Woman rescues Gay Frollik from a suicide attempt at Niagara Falls. Gay explains that she was a workaholic who was set to marry her boss, Ely Close. Jack Clucas, one of Close's employees, threatened her claiming that Close was a crook. When Clucas was found dead, Gay was blamed and sent to prison. Gay was eventually released, but Close rejected her. Gay then decided to commit suicide.

Wonder Woman sends Gay to the Holliday Girls to rejuvenate her spirit. Their efforts are successful in making a new woman of Gay. Gay then decides to build the Fun Foundation to bring happiness to all Americans. She approaches Close and forces him to finance the Foundation. However, more money must be raised to keep the Foundation a free service.

Wonder Woman agrees to raise a billion dollars by selling Blue Ether, a special chemical that will replace gasoline. When Close learns about the chemical he tries to steal the formula from Paula. He captures her and forces Wonder Woman to surrender. When he gets the formula, he leaves the women to die, but Wonder Woman escapes. Close is captured and admits to the murder of Clucas, finally clearing Gay. The sale of the Blue Ether is successful enough to provide funding for the Fun Foundation.
