Synopsis:
The United States discovers an uncharted island in the Atlantic Ocean. Professor Homos of Holliday College leads an expedition to the island along with the Holliday Girls and Steve Trevor. When their plane goes down, Etta Candy summons Wonder Woman on her mental radio.

Wonder Woman reaches the island and finds Steve. She rescues him from a lion, while the girls and Professor Homos are captured by the descendants of Rome who discovered the island thousands of years earlier.

Wonder Woman is forced to surrender. The girls are then tied to stakes in the arena, while wild animals wait to attack them. Wonder Woman, who had befriended the lion which attacked Steve, convinces the lion to save the girls. Steve and the military then arrive to force the romans into releasing the girls.
