Synopsis:
Zatara's friend Professor Susswill has created a doorway into another dimension. He asks Zatara to enter the fourth dimension and explore. Zatara enters and soon becomes aware of an ongoing war between the people of Thrule and the people of Arren, two rival nations of the fourth dimension.

Both nations suspect that Zatara is a spy working for their enemies and try to kill him. Zatara evades the soldiers and forces the two nations to declare peace. When the leader of Thrule is found dead, Zatara helps choose a new leader, Duoro. He then redubs the united kingdoms as Duomal, before returning to Earth.
