Synopsis:
Jonah Hex recovers from his injuries in the town of Point Pyrrhus. As a result of those injuries, he is temporarily blind. Despite his condition, Jonah is still able to kill Russ Cranston who had come to murder him. The gun battle worries the townspeople, so they throw Jonah out of town. They also rid themselves of a Shakespearean actor whom they did not want.
Jonah and the actor travel together. The actor guides the sightless Hex who can safely remove his bandages in one week. However, Pete and Blackie Cranston are on their trail. Using a system Jonah and the actor develop, Jonah is able to shoot one of the outlaws using only his friend's verbal cues to aim.
Unfortunately, Jonah loses his guns while crossing a river. The pair is left defenseless while being stalked by the one remaining Cranston brother. After surviving a night, Jonah is able to take off his bandages. The actor then knocks him out and disguises himself as Hex. He then acts as a decoy. Cranston shoots the actor thinking it is Jonah. He is surprised when the real Hex kills him. Jonah then buries the actor who bravely sacrificed his life.
