Synopsis:
Reformer Caspar Crunch launches a public crusade against gambling. However, Crunch himself is the head a a big gambling syndicate. By staging a fake raid on his own casino, he plans to increase his business with the publicity. Mr. Terrific discovers that Crunch is the head of the syndicate, so he sneaks into the club before the raid. When the police arrive, the gambling equipment is hidden out of sight, but Mr. Terrific forces Crunch to reveal it, exposing his part in the operation. Police arrest Crunch, and the casino is shut down.
