Synopsis:
Terry Sloane witnesses a gang of racketeers trying to cheat an honest man with a stock swindle. As Mr. Terrific, Terry stops the man from investing his money. He then disguises himself and sets himself up as the gang's next victim. When they think they've cheated him, he turns the tables and makes the crooks believe the stock is valuable. The crooks buy back the stock from Terry, only to discover that they've been cheated. Mr. Terrific then turns the gang over to the police and gives the money he made to the gang's other victims.
