Synopsis:
Terry Sloane and Wanda visit a carnival where Wanda convinces Terry to play the carnival games. Terry believes his expertise should allow him to beat the games easily, but he loses every one. He suspects the games are fixed.

Terry then investigates the carnival as Mr. Terrific. He learns that racketeers are running the carnival and that the games are indeed fixed. Terry breaks up the racket and gives prizes to the cheated customers.
