Synopsis:
Little Boy Blue witness a house painter fall from a scaffold. The scaffold line was cut, so Little Boy Blue checks the roof and finds the man who cut the line. He summons the Blue Boys and together they capture the man, learning he is a gangster working with a rival painting company. The Blue Boys attack the gangsters and turn them over to the D.A.
