Synopsis:
Zatara investigates an area plagued by unusual tornadoes. Scientists believe there are radium deposits in the area, but the tornadoes continually wreck their survey equipment. Zatara discovers the lab of reclusive scientist Dr. Caruther. The magician learns that Caruther has found a way to cause the tornadoes using particles from Saturn's rings. Caruther tries to eliminate Zatara, but he Master Magician's powers prove superior. The scientist and his assistant Morgu flee. They perish when there car falls off a road damaged by one of the synthetic storms.
