Synopsis:
The Black Pirate and Justin wash up on the Chinese coast after a shipwreck. Lin-Ti, the Chinese governor, takes them in, but soon falls under attack by the Japanese war lord Togawa. The Black Pirate captures Togawa and orders his forces to withdraw, until Lin-Ti's army can arrive. However, Lin-Ti's steward Chang helps Togawa escape with the governor's daughter Mei-Ko. The Black Pirate and Justin rescue Mei-Ko and send Togawa to his watery grave.
