Synopsis:
FBI agent Charles Collins searches the harbor for signs of an Axis spy. He boards a convoy of ships bound for Britain. A spy is aboard and kills the radio operator. The Gay Ghost tries to locate the spy. German subs begin attacking the convoy. While the Gay Ghost defeats the subs, young Donald Smith learns that his friend Duke Ransom is the spy. Donald uses a ju-jitsu move to throw Ransom into the water, saving the convoy from further sabotage.

The story of the convoy is found by men in the future. After reading the story to his classroom of students, a teacher claims the Gay Ghost was not real. He is then shocked when a note appears, written by the Ghost.
