Synopsis:
A cat on the street has gotten its head stuck in a drain. A crowd gathers to watch, until Mr. Terrific rescues the cat. Afterwards Mr. Flaster, a jewel collector, claims to have been robbed while everyone was watching the cat. Mr. Terrific suspects Flaster stole the jewels himself to collect the insurance money. He trains the cat, then tricks Flaster into thinking it can identify the thieves. Flaster reveals himself as the man behind the theft, then Mr. Terrific escorts him to jail.
