Synopsis:
Dr. Charles McNider witnesses a murder, but because he is presumed to be blind, he can't identify the killer to the police. However, McNider does recognize the killer as Gallows Gallagher, a crook that is supposedly in prison.

Dr. Mid-Nite investigates. He learns that Gallagher's brother has replaced him in prison with the help of a corupt warden. Dr. Mid-Nite exposes the scheme, releases the brother, and traps the real Gallagher and the warden in jail.
