Synopsis:
Ikky and Prop are contacted by a Secret Service agent to stop a group of spies. Posing as pirates the pilots monitor the spies who are using amphibian planes to smuggle information out of the country. Once the spies have been located Ikky and Prop attack the planes of the spies and their mother ship.

The pilots are outgunned. Ikky is shot down and falls into the ocean. A mystery plane picks him up and comes to Prop's rescue. The plane forces a spy plane to crash into the mother ship, putting an end to the spy ring. Prop returns to base to find Ikky, but neither man knows that their guardian angel was really Hop Harrigan.
