Synopsis:
Ikky and Wash are contacted by the government to stop a foreign diplomat from leaving the country by plane. Their mission is to catch him alive and reclaim a briefcase. When their planes reach the diplomat over the ocean, the pilots encounter enemy planes from the diplomat's home country. Ikky and Prop are both shot down, but they manage to disable the diplomat's plane.

Although the pilots tried to keep Hop out of their business, Hop Harrigan comes to the rescue in disguise. He uses a net the haul in the diplomat, then rescues Wash and Ikky. Hop takes possession of the briefcase, then sends the diplomat on his way. Lastly, Hop leaves the case with his unconscious friends so that they can turn it over to the government officials that hired them.
