Synopsis:
Vandal Savage confronts the Flash in his apartment. When Wally tries to leave he finds that Savage has magically sealed off the room. Savage crushes Wally's hand, but the Flash is able to push Savage into his own magically trap.

After Wally goes to the hospital to treat his hand, he begins searching for connections to Vandal Savage. He locates an antique store owned by Burt Villers, a phony name Savage used, but the shop has been shut down.

Wally then takes Frances Kane to dinner at a fancy restaurant. Savage attacks. The Flash and Frances, using her magnetic powers, fight him and throw the villain out a window. Savage never lands on the street below, but the Flash suspects that he survived. Wally then takes Frances to a new mansion that he has purchased with his lottery winnings.
