Synopsis:
A super speedster has been stealing money from couriers. He and his partner rob a shipment carried by Anatole from Red Trinity who has taken a job as a courier. Anatole contacts Wally who determines that the shipment was sent by an olive importer, his neighbor Nick Bassaglia. The import company is merely a front for criminal operations.

Wally attends a party at Bassaglia's house. The crime boss shows Wally the body of a speedster who was addicted to Velocity 9, the drug which gave him super speed. The body is decayed and shriveled as a result of the drug. Bassaglia asks for Wally's help to stop the rival drug boss distributing Velocity 9.

Meanwhile the two speedsters who robbed Anatole meet with their supplier, Vandal Savage.
