Synopsis:
Gangster "Money" Lowy begins using model ships as part of his crimes. Mr. Terrific traces the ships back to a model maker, Jack Tarr, who has been making the ships for Lowy. Tarr and his daughter have been taken prisoner, so Mr. Terrific goes into action to rescue them and defeat the crooks.
