Synopsis:
Dinah Drake returns to her flower shop one evening to discover it converted into a grocery store. When she enters, she finds crooks setting a trap for a millionaire, Roger Steele. As Black Canary, Dinah chases off the crooks, but outside the store Steele is shot.

Fortunately, Steele survives the gunshot wound, but at his house Black Canary and Larry Lance are slugged by the crooks. They recover in order to escape a death trap, then capture the gang. Finally, they return to Steele's mansion where they stop his niece from delivering a fatal blow to her uncle. The niece, Miss Elaine, had set Steele up in order to inherit his fortune.
