Synopsis:
Dinah Drake mistakenly receives a package for another florist, Danny Deake. When she attempts to return the package, Deake is shot. Dinah changes to the Black Canary and tries to stop the shooters, who also tangle with Larry Lance. Both Dinah and Larry are captured and taken to the crooks' hide-out. They discover that the package contained a supply of stolen vinium, a radioactive metal. The crooks are using florist shops as fronts to hide the stolen material. After learning their scheme, Black Canary escapes from the crooks and rounds up the gang.
