Synopsis:
Larry Lance attends a meeting in the office of J.J. Marvin. He is given an envelope to deliver and offered a thousand dollars for its safe delivery. Crooks watching the office split up. One follows Lance to Dinah Drake's flower shop. The other surprises Marvin in his office and kills him.

The crooks then try to take the envelope from Lance at the flower shop. Black Canary stops them. When police arrive, they suspect Larry of killing Marvin. Black Canary convinces them to allow the crooks to escape. They go after the envelope. Black Canary stops them again and tricks them into confessing to murdering Marvin.
