This story was written and drawn in the 1940s, but it did not see print until this issue. It was possibly intended for publication in Flash Comics #106.

Synopsis:
Larry Lance is hired to guard Mrs. Landall and her diamonds while she displays her collection for a television program. Dinah Drake is watching the program and notices that the cameramen are not focusing on the jewels. She races to the scene as Black Canary.

Black Canary is too late to stop the cameramen from stealing the diamonds. She is able to chase them as they make their escape in a motor boat. Cameras focused on a motor boat race focus on their boat, which keeps the thieves from shooting her. Black Canary then apprehends the crooks.
