Synopsis:
Frank Folland inventor of an experimental aeraquamobile holds an exhibition of famous firsts in transportation to raise money for his invention. The exhibition is sabotaged. Fortunately Batman and Robin are on hand to rescue Folland. As a reward, Folland helps upgrade the Batplane. Batman also helps stop crooks from stealing the plans to Folland's invention.

Later Folland holds another exhibition. Crooks strike again, so Batman uses his new Batplane to defeat them. The bandits finger Folland's former business partner George Sellman as the man behind the sabotage. Sellman is arrested, and Folland gets his investor for the aeraquamobile.
