Synopsis:
Infinity, Inc. and the Global Guardians are sent around the globe on missions for Injustice Unlimited who are holding hostages including Hourman to ensure that the heroes obey their wishes. Nuklon contacts Skyman to alert him, but Brain Wave, Jr. is shot by an angry mob who are protesting super-hero activities. Skyman is forced to remain with Brain Wave and summon medical help.

Nuklon and Rising Sun then help Artemis break her parents, Huntress and Sportsmaster, out of jail. Wildcat and the Tasmanian Devil help Hazard gain revenge on Mr. Taj, a casino owner that she blames for the death of her father, the Gambler. Green Flame and Obsidian assist the Fiddler in the theft of a rare violin. Shade takes Fury to Greece to steal a piece from the altar of Erebus. Fury also gains a clue to her origins. Finally, Icicle leads Jade and Icemaiden on a quest to retrieve Solomon Grundy from the arctic.

Back in Calgary, the Wizard continues to hold a convention of businessmen hostage along with Hourman. Though he is bound upside down, Hourman is able to swallow a miraclo pill which gives him his powers.
