Synopsis:
Dian Belmont invites the Sandman aboard her father's yacht to discover a plot to murder the district attorney. Sandman rescues Mr. Belmont when one of the guests pushes him overboard. While Sandman continues to investigate, another one of the party guests, Doctor Fulton attempts to kill Belmont. Once again, Sandman comes to the rescue. He follows the trail of attempted murders back to society widow, Mrs. Fulton. Then the Sandman makes one final rescue of Belmont and captures the racketeers responsible.
