Moral Stand Chapter Three

This story is continued from Action Comics Weekly #602 and continues in Action Comics Weekly #604.

Synopsis:
After a bookstore is the target of a fire bomb, a censorship group is thought to be behind the attack. However, Lt. Flint has no hard evidence connecting them to the crime. He suggests that Jack Wheeler go undercover by joining the group. Jack makes contact with the Legion of Morality and its leader B. Lyle Layman, claiming that he wants to support their efforts.
