Synopsis:
Arisia fights off the attack of a homicidal waiter. She and Green Lantern then bring the man to the police. Detective Rensaleer tells Hal that 26 other people have suddenly gone crazy. He receives a threat claiming this would happen from someone calling themselves Mind Games. At that moment the killer sends a transmission out which hits Green Lantern, turning him into a madman.
