Synopsis:
Green Lantern's mind has been affected by Mind Games turning him into a maniac. He attacks Detective Rensaleer, but the detective is able to fight him off. Eventually, Hal is able to snap out of it. Mind Games then broadcasts his extortion demands on television claiming that he will turn one out of ten people in the city into maniacs. When this happens, chaos ensues. Green Lantern is able to trace the signal back to the location from which it is sent. He then destroys the transmitter. However, Mind Games blasts him with mental powers.
