Synopsis:
Nightwing and Speedy take down a gang of low level smugglers. Speedy then asks Nightwing for help on a CBI mission that involves Cheshire. The female assassin has been hired to kill officials involved in peace talks between the United States and the Soviet Union. After meeting an informant in Washington the heroes head to London where Cheshire is preparing to kill an ambassador.
