The Legion get new costumes in this story.

Synopsis:
The Legionnaires conduct a trial against Brainiac 5 who stands accused of breaking his oath against killing after he sacrificed Jaxon Rugarth, the Infinite Man, to defeat the Time Trapper. Polar Boy argues against Brainy while Saturn Girl speaks in his defense. Cosmic Boy acts as judge, while the Legionnaires themselves are called on to vote. In the end Brainiac 5 is acquitted of the charges, but he elects to resign and leave Earth for Colu.

Elsewhere Shadow Lass takes the comatose Mon-El back to Daxam seeking a cure for his condition. Phantom Girl also organizes a small group of Legionnaires to locate and rescue Chameleon Boy and Colossal Boy.
