Comments:
Jason Woodrue's history is revealed in flashback. The story is told to Killer Croc from Jason's point-of-view in which he is the hero of the story. It includes excerpts of his clashes with the Atom and Green Lantern. His battles alongside the Secret Society and encounter with Swamp Thing are also depicted.

Wonder Girl is depicted as having fought the Secret Society alongside the Justice League during one of the flashbacks. This is a change is post-Crisis continuity. During Earth-1 continuity Wonder Woman was present not Wonder Girl.

Synopsis:
Killer Croc is a patient at Arkham Asylum. His back was recently broken by Batman, leaving him paralyzed. He befriends Jason Woodrue the Floronic Man who tells Croc of his previous battles with Earth's super-heroes. A short time later, Croc learns that Woodrue has escaped from Arkham. He also discovers that he is slowly regaining the use of his body. He keeps this knowledge a secret from the guards and doctors, biding his time until he can make his own escape.
