This story is continued in part from Justice League Europe #1 and continues in Justice League Europe #3.

Synopsis:
Captain Atom attends the funeral of Arthur Lennox in an attempt to find out who might have killed him. When that plan fails to produce any leads, Sue Dibny runs a computer search which links Nazi and super-human activity. Three locations around the globe match the criteria. League members are dispatched to each location.

In California, Captain Atom and Animal Man discover that a Nazi camp has been destroyed. They also encounter former Global Guardian, the Wild Huntsman, who attacks them. Cap stuns him, but the blast causes the Huntsman to lapse into a coma. In Germany, Rocket Red and Power Girl also find a decimated Nazi facility. They are attacked by Rising Sun who also lapses into a coma after defeat. Finally, Flash, Metamorpho, and Elongated Man encounter Tuatara in England. He also lapses into a coma.

All the heroes bring their opponents back to the Justice League embassy. Meanwhile Jack O'Lantern and Owl Woman discuss the next stage of their plot which involves the return of the Dome.
