Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy are called to help stop a burglary. The crooks escape by inflating their special suits and floating up to a blimp. At their next robbery, the crooks hi-jack an armored car using blimps. Green Arrow and Speedy jump into the car and are taken to the crooks hideout.

The heroes are spotted by the crooks and placed in a prison of compressed air. During the process, their bows and arrows were lost. Green Arrow managed to tuck a jet arrow into his shirt. Using the arrow, G.A. and Speedy manage to escape and capture the crooks.
