Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy attend the circus and see Bonzo, a trained monkey who was once used by a criminal, Bart Rockland, and trained to use a bow. Bonzo disappears after a tiger escapes, and the monkey appears to have returned to crime. Green Arrow uncovers the fact that Bonzo’s new trainer Lance is the real criminal and stops him.
