Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy stop some crooks led by mob boss, "Shorty" Rame. Shorty is jailed, but his brother, Bil Rame, a cartoonist, begins running cartoons which poke fun at Green Arrow. As the bowmen continue to round up Shorty’s gang, more cartoons appear in the local paper, each contains suggestions for new arrows for Green Arrow.
Having had enough of the humiliating cartoons, Green Arrow and Speedy pay a visit to Bill Rame’s studio. They find the rest of the gang hiding out there and finish them off. Green Arrow had deduced that the new arrow suggestions were actually an SOS for help sent by Bill who was held captive.
