Synopsis:
When Green Arrow fails to respond to the arrow signal, Miss Arrowette arrives at the scene of a crime. Green Arrow and Speedy arrive late and fail to stop the crooks. Only the intervention of the blonde bow-girl prevents them from escaping. Miss Arrowette begins to suspect that the bowmen are not the real Green Arrow and Speedy. She confronts them during a charity bizarre and is captured by the phony bowmen.

The real Green Arrow is held prisoner by the crooks but has been working with the police chief to locate the crooks’ hide-out. With their plan disrupted by Miss Arrowette, the bowmen break out, capturing some of the gang. They trail the girl’s perfume back to where the rest of the gang is hiding out, rescuing Miss Arrowette and finishing off the gang.
