Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy are called to the scene of a robbery where they witness the crook nearly escape from a patrolman when a cat startles the cop. The archers are able to corral the crook, and the patrolman, Fred Jennings, explains his fear of cats.

Another crook overhears Jennings talk about his fear. When the crook and his partners are later confronted by the cop, they release a cat in order to get the drop on him. Green Arrow comes to the rescue again, this time helping Jennings overcome his fear for good.
