Synopsis:
A group of bandits using booby-traps to escape the scene scene from their robberies menaces the city. Green Arrow and Speedy are able to catch a few members of the gang which angers the leader. When the bandits tangle with the bowmen again, they try to kill them with booby-traps. Suspecting danger, Green Arrow is able to overcome the obstacles and capture more gang members. Finally, the crooks think they have killed the archers when Green Arrow drives over a exploding manhole. However, the car was just a decoy. The real archers are then able to capture the remaining bandits.
