Synopsis:
Green Arrow and Speedy track a magician criminal known as the Mighty Micro to Peru. Green Arrow discovers he has tricked members of an Inca tribe into following him with his magic. Green Arrow challenges Micro, which divides the tribe. When Green Arrow defeats Micro and exposes his scheme to steal the tribe’s ceremonial jewels, the tribe is reunited.
