Synopsis:
Congo Bill and his friends discover a movie crew in the jungle filming a picture called Jungle Justice. The film has been plagued with accidents, so Sheila agrees to stand-in for the lead actress. When she is almost killed Bill suspects fowl play.

Bill reads the rest of the movie script and discovers that the final scene will be filmed in a cave containing an elephant graveyard. He sets a trap to expose the perpetrator, Tomkins, an actor. Tomkins hoped to shut down the movie and sell the elephant bones. Once his plan is exposed, the actor flees into the cave where he accidentally sets off an explosion which kills him and seals off the elephant graveyard.
