Synopsis:
A gang of crooks using rockets as weapons break into a bank. Green Arrow and Speedy find their arrows ineffective against the superior rocket-powered missiles of the crooks. The gang makes their getaway using a rocket-powered car.

After Green Arrow fails to stop a mid-air plane robbery by the Rocket Raiders, he redesigns his own arrows. When he meets the crooks again, when they try to steal a shipment of gold bullion, Green Arrow is prepared. The redesigned arrows overpower the rockets and defeat the gang. The loot from previous robberies is then recovered.
