Synopsis:
Jon Valor returns to England with a cargo of valuable silk. Monsieur Mephisto, an agent of the French King, seeks to steal the cargo. First he captures Valor and forces him to gain entry to the palace. Then he locks Valor in the dungeon.

Justin attempts to stop Mephisto and is nearly killed. Jon escapes the dungeon in time to save his son. Then together they defeat Mephisto. Jon then acts to protect his secret identity as the Black Pirate.
