Synopsis:
Bruce Wayne proposes a new museum skyrise with each floor dedicated to an era in Earth's history. The project is approved, but two men oppose it. Lyons is a museum director who thinks the new museum will be a failure. Pendray is a business owner displaced by the new construction.
Accidents plague the construction of the museum. Pendray falls under suspicion when they problems appear to be deliberate. Batman and Robin begin guarding the museum until it is finished.
When the museum opens Batman and Robin notice criminal activity has increased. Batman deduces that the crooks are using the museum as a base. He and Robin hide in the museum and eventually discover that the crooks are using secret passages in the walls. Batman catches the crooks and exposes construction foreman Smithers as the ringleader.
