Synopsis:
The Seven Soldiers of Victory are contacted by archaeologist Professor Milton. Milton asks them to solve a riddle that will lead to the lost treasure of the Incas. The Soldiers split up taking three different paths to find the treasure.
Along the way, Milton's assistant Scrivener plants traps for the Soldiers. He tries to trick them into fighting each other. Vigilante and the Shining Knight realize they are being manipulated. Then they stop a fight between Green Arrow and Speedy versus Star-Spangled Kid and Stripesy. However, the heroes are then trapped in a cave.
Crimson Avenger and Wing follow another trail and discover a lost Inca tribe. They arrive at the cave after their teammates are buried inside. The Avenger fights Scrivener while the other escape. While escaping the Soldier discover the Inca treasure. They bring it back to America to aid in the war effort.
